What was the highlight of le Lac HOTEL KUSATSU
The building is not insulated at all so it is like staying with 10 other people in the same room
The staff was kind and helpful. They provided phone charger and also an iron. The shuttle service was nice.
The building's insulation is close to nothing. I was staying on the 4th and with closed window, I could hear the passing cars on the street loudly. What is worse, I could hear everyone on the same floor as if they were inside my room. I couldn't sleep well because of the coughing/throwing up sounds of the man next door. When someone closed their door my room shook with the sound of it. And the A/C is a central one so it only provided hot air. But the weather was super hot so I need come cool air because the windows are not opening.

草津でマスターズ水泳の大会が有ったのですが、朝の送迎で足を伸ばし 会場まで送ってもらえたのでとても助かりました。
自分の選択が悪いのですが、間違って喫煙ルームを選んでしまい、寝苦しかった。

「まぁ良かったです」
駐車場が満になっても無料の近くに停めさせてもらえて良かったです！ 駅までの送迎も助かりました。 ベットも寝やすくて気持ち良かったです。
クーラーが古い感じでした。 あと洗濯機が少し臭かったです ちょっと使う気にならなかった
